ValMonde Capital introduces prospective clients to regulated institutions and licensed professionals. That is the whole of its activity.

Not registered with the CNBV

ValMonde Capital is not registered in the Registro de Asesores en Inversiones of the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV).

Accordingly, ValMonde Capital does not provide asesoría en inversiones, does not manage portfolios or exercise discretion over any account, does not issue individualized investment recommendations, and does not act as an intermediary in the securities market.

Not authorised by the CNSF

ValMonde Capital is not an agente de seguros and holds no authorisation from the Comisión Nacional de Seguros y Fianzas (CNSF).

ValMonde Capital does not offer, place, promote, or intermediate insurance contracts of any kind, whether issued in Mexico or abroad.

No offer and no public offering

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation, or recommendation to acquire or dispose of any security or financial product, nor an oferta pública within the meaning of the Ley del Mercado de Valores.

No securities described or referenced anywhere on this site are registered in the Registro Nacional de Valores, and none are offered here.

No performance representations

ValMonde Capital makes no representation, projection, or guarantee regarding investment returns, capital preservation, tax outcomes, or the performance of any third party or product. No figures on this site are a forecast, and none may be read as one.

Third parties contract with you directly

Any institution or professional to whom you are introduced is independent of ValMonde Capital. It contracts directly with you, is solely responsible for the services it provides, and is solely responsible for its own regulatory authorisation and compliance in every jurisdiction in which it operates.

Where ValMonde Capital receives any fee or other consideration in connection with an introduction, that fact and its nature will be disclosed to you in writing before you enter into any agreement with the third party.

Reporting and disclosure of information

Mexico participates in the OECD Common Reporting Standard. Financial accounts held by Mexican tax residents in participating jurisdictions are subject to automatic exchange of information with the Servicio de Administración Tributaria.

Any reference on this site to discretion or privacy concerns the confidentiality of your affairs as between you, ValMonde Capital, and your advisers. It does not mean, and must not be understood to mean, that assets can be placed beyond the reach of applicable reporting, disclosure, or tax obligations.
