Personal data we collect

We collect only what an initial conversation requires:

We do not request such data through this website and ask that you do not send it by email. If a conversation reaches the point where financial or patrimonial information is genuinely necessary, we will ask for your express written consent first, in a separate document that states exactly what is collected, for what purpose, and for how long it is retained.

Primary purposes

Your data are processed to:

  • keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Secondary purposes

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, advertising, or any secondary purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data under any circumstances. If that ever changes, we will obtain your consent beforehand rather than by notice.

Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to any third party without your prior express consent, other than where a transfer is required by a competent authority under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

Where you ask to be introduced to an institution or professional, that introduction is itself a transfer of your data. We will ask for your express consent naming the recipient before it is made, and you may decline without affecting anything else.

We will respond within 20 business days, and if the request is well founded we will give effect to it within the following 15 business days, in accordance with Articles 29 to 32 of the LFPDPPP.

Revoking consent

You may revoke consent at any time by writing to privacidad@valmondecapital.com. Revocation takes effect from the date we confirm it and does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
